The Deriss Terminal is executive decision intelligence for leaders operating in the human-centric era. A leader answers 12 questions in about five minutes; the Terminal returns a board-ready memo scored across five dimensions of organizational readiness.

Five-dimension readiness scan:

- **Trust & data stewardship** — governance, privacy posture, source authority.
- **Human-centric experience design** — how the organization treats customers, employees, and stakeholders as full humans.
- **AI & product readiness** — the operating capacity to ship and evaluate AI-native product.
- **Ecosystem & distribution** — partnership and channel architecture.

What the memo contains: an overall score, a scorecard across the five dimensions, an executive summary, top-3 risks, top-3 opportunities, a 90-day action plan, a recommended first pilot, and a KPI starter set. Exportable as PDF and DOCX with Pro.

Add your website and the Terminal also probes its public signals — llms.txt, structured data, sitemap, machine-readable mirrors — as supporting evidence for specific memo lines. Probe findings are a grounding surface, not the identity of the product.
