Pricing for the Deriss Terminal — the 12-question, ~5-minute readiness scan that returns a board-ready memo scored across five dimensions of organizational readiness.

Tier ladder (one ladder across /terminal, /terminal/plans and this document):

- **Starter** — free. The full 12-question scan, the scorecard across all five dimensions, and a 2–3 sentence executive summary. The memo body stays locked.
- **€149 one-time unlock** — the full memo for a single scan (top-3 risks, top-3 opportunities, 90-day plan, recommended first pilot, KPI starter set) plus PDF and DOCX export. EU VAT at checkout; B2B reverse charge supported.
- **Pro** — unlimited scans, saved history, side-by-side comparisons, and member research access. Founding cohort, by invitation.
- **Enterprise** — custom deployment, SSO, dedicated support, private isolated workspace, custom rubric and sources, ongoing briefs, and a Private Terminal MCP for the client's agent stack on request.
